1. Control method

Use silo weighing and weighing screw to quantify.

2. Controller

The controller adopts the current mainstream programmable controller, referred to as PLC. The PLC adopts Siemens S7-1200 and S7-1500 series. The weighing instrument adopts domestic brands and foreign brands, such as METTLER TOLEDO.

3. Control process

The conveying channel is formed by the tube chain conveyor and the screw conveyor; the silo weighs and the weighing screw quantitative. Form a complete production line of batching and conveying. The touch screen displays the status and parameters of the whole set of equipment. The equipment operation can also be operated on the touch screen.
